BIG Dog of the Week -
Friday 08-22-2008 8:05pm ET

My name is Mikey (ID# 326021) and I’m looking for a new home.  I’m only 5 months old and so far I’ve had a bit of a rough life.  My previous owner let me outside and one day I was curious and climbed into a car engine to get out of the rain.  Well I got stuck and the fire department came to my rescue.  I had to have part of my tail amputated, because I was in pretty rough shape, and then I went to a foster home where they gave me lots and lots of TLC.  Now I’m all better and just need a family who will love me forever.  Will it be you?

All animal lovers!
This is pretty simple. The Animal Rescue Site is having trouble getting enough people to click on it daily to meet their quota of getting free food donated everyday to abused and neglected animals. It takes less than a minute (about 20 seconds) to go to their site and click on the purple box 'fund food for animals' for free. This doesn't cost you a thing. Their corporate sponsors/advertisers use the number of daily visits to donate food to abandoned/neglected animals in exchange for advertising. Click here to help.
